By using Wingman you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
Using Wingman responsibly
- Wingman suggests messages; you decide what to send and are responsible for it.
- Don't use Wingman to harass, deceive, pressure, or manipulate anyone. Respect a clear no.
- Only upload conversations you are part of. Don't upload illegal content.
- AI suggestions can be wrong. Wingman doesn't guarantee matches, dates or outcomes.
Plans
Free accounts get a limited number of replies per day. Pro and Elite are monthly subscriptions with higher limits and extra features, at the prices shown in the app before you buy.
Free trial
First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you're charged the monthly price.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- iPhone app: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Website: manage or cancel anytime in Plans → Manage billing.
- After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Any unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Switching between Pro and Elite takes effect immediately with prorated charges.
Refunds
Purchases made through Apple are refunded under Apple's policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchases: contact us.
Account termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Wingman is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Apple
If you use the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
