Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: email address, name, and sign-in provider (email or Google).
• Preferences: the style and goals you choose during onboarding.
• Conversation input: text you type or dictate, and screenshots you upload.
• Generated results: AI analysis, reply suggestions and coaching tips, saved to your history.
• Subscription status: your plan and renewal dates. Card details are handled by Stripe or Apple and never reach us.
• Basic usage data: daily reply counts and error logs needed to run the service.

Screenshots are never stored

Screenshots are shrunk on your device, sent once to our AI provider to read the conversation, and discarded. We do not keep the image. Only the generated replies are saved so you can see your history.

How we use data

• To generate reply suggestions and coaching.
• To enforce plan limits and manage subscriptions.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps and websites.

Who we share with

• AI processing: your input is sent to our AI model provider solely to create your replies.
• Payments: Stripe (web) and Apple (iPhone app) process purchases.
• Hosting: our cloud infrastructure provider stores account data securely.
• Authorities, only when legally required.

Your choices

• Delete individual conversations or your full history anytime in the app.
• Delete your account in Settings — this removes your profile, history and keys.
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us.

Retention & security

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except billing records we must keep by law. Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls.

Children

Wingman is not intended for anyone under 18. We delete accounts we learn belong to minors.
